The main grievance that I have with the home would be the sliding glass doors. Most, if not all, of these really need to be replaced. The doorway which is used the most (from the dwelling/kitchen area area to your rear deck) is extremely challenging to open.

They say location is everything, and I'd have to concur here. The place alone is in desperate need of the overhaul. Everything worked, it felt secure, and the location was awesome, but it's just over the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain also much, but basically the windows have been all really in need of replacement, as were the doorways, the trim, much of your household furniture, and so forth.
I loved that there have been 2 bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO great for adults who would like to travel with each other. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not hire it once more or endorse it to a buddy.
